cottage has recently been fully refurbished but retains
all its traditional charms, comprising of oak beamed lounge
and dining room with exposed stone walls, tiled floors
and large fireplace. Comfortably furnished, also includes
TV, CD and DVD system with selection of music and films.

first floor..
The full size and fully equipped kitchen
includes washing machine, dishwasher, microwave,
fridge,
gas
hob and electric double oven.
The ground floor shower room has separate
WC and shower with external access for the pool area.
The first floor continues the traditional
theme of exposed stone walls and oak beams. There are
two bedrooms, one double and one twin, with shared shower
room and WC.
Outside there is a patio area, barbecue
and garden furniture and the pool has ample loungers
and chairs.
The cottage has it's own independent
access and all facilities, including the pool, are for
the exclusive use of the guests at the cottage.
There are numerous riding facilities
in the area, canoeing, boat trips and fishing are available
on the river and there are two golf clubs within easy
reach. Local markets are in abundance together with
chateaux, caves, churches and museums.
Local cuisine includes canard, boar,
foie gras and, of course, the famous Cahors wines.
Prices include all bed linen, towels(including
pool) wood for the fire(if needed!).
